Neural Bits is an independent project that delivers expert insights on building end-to-end AI Systems, based on the best practices learned throughout ~10 years of building with AI.
It’s focused on substance, all towards helping you become a better AI/ML Engineer!
By subscribing to Neural Bits, you will get to learn about the complete landscape of AI Systems, following a practical, hands-on approach where you code along and understand everything in rich detail.
Highlight
The AI field can be split into two layers: Research and Application.
The Research Layer is where innovation happens, with new models, architectures, techniques, and optimizations.
The Application Layer is where the AI/ML Engineer is integrating research work, across a wide system of multiple components, moving it to production applications.
📌 The goal is to provide a seamless flow between the two!
Here you’ll learn about:
Best practices on building AI Applications
MLOps & LLMOps
LLMs and VLM-based systems.
Hands-on courses and concepts that few explain in detail.
Neural Bits is for you if you are an experienced developer looking for a solid start in the AI Field, or a beginner trying to learn the right way and without caveats.
About the Author
My name is Alex, and for the past ~10 years, I have worked across the end-to-end landscape of AI projects.
For 3 years, I’ve been an AI Researcher working on 3D world modelling for autonomous driving scenarios, work which ended with a published publishing a paper in 2020.
Next, I pivoted towards AI/ML engineering, building multiple projects as a freelancer, ranging from AI at the Edge to LLM-enhanced components, pre-ChatGPT era.
Currently, I’m working on large-scale Vision AI systems at the Edge, Vision Language Models (VLMs), LLMs, and MLOps.
Learning never fades, building never stops!
Driven by a passion for teaching and helping others, I decided to start Neural Bits to share my expertise with aspiring AI Builders.
